This is one curious recipe- my favorite kind!! There is little I love more in a recipe than a combination that I would never have dreamed up in a million years. Particularly when I separately love all of its ingredients- leeks, cinnamon and chilies! You know this will be great for Valentines Day....

I've rarely used couscous in the past and I'm not sure why. I picked up a big bag from our international market recently and I have a new found love of it. This sounds delicious. A great use for what I have left.

LOL. That was funny. But I'm starting to love leeks and I'm buying more and more of them. This dish looks amazing and delicious with chilies and cinnamon.
